Established in 1978 by architectural designer, serial self-builder and mother of three Shashi Pandey, we specialise in the beautiful, pragmatic and cost-effective renovation, interior decoration and maintenance of residential properties for homeowners, freehold companies, landlords and AirBnB hosts.

Alongside our regular small projects, current major works include the gut refurbishment of a Victorian conversion flat in West London, significant extensions to an Edwardian family home in Manchester, the total transformation of a 6000sqft 1980s country house in Cheshire, and the painstaking exterior restoration of a ‘blue plaque’ 1862 historic stucco terrace.
